Consumers in the European Union
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract without giving a reason. A digital purchase does not automatically remove this right.
For paid digital content supplied immediately, loss of this right requires the legally required prior express consent to begin supply during the withdrawal period, acknowledgement of losing the right and confirmation on a durable medium. We do not treat the payment alone as such consent. Until these requirements have been met, we do not rely on this exception to refuse an eligible withdrawal.
Missing, incorrect or faulty files
If files are not delivered, will not open or do not match the order, contact us. We will check the issue and provide the correct accessible files or another remedy required by applicable law, including a refund where due. Downloading a file does not remove rights relating to faulty or nonconforming content.
Refund method
Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method, subject to applicable legal deadlines. The payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
