Digital delivery after payment
We sell digital files only. There is no physical shipping.
After payment is confirmed, download information for the purchased ebook and its stated companion files is sent to the email address provided with the order. Pending or unsuccessful payments do not trigger delivery.
Receiving and opening your files
Check your inbox and spam folder. Use the download instructions in the email and save the files on your phone, tablet or computer. PDF files require a compatible reader. To use fillable fields, choose a reader that supports PDF forms and save your completed copy.
Need help?
If the email is missing, a link fails or you receive the wrong language, contact askwellguides@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or payment credentials. We will check the order and arrange access to the correct files or the appropriate remedy.
